Jikishinkan Dojo is pleased to announce new Mindfulness Training classes. Mindfulness is a discipline that fosters moment-to-moment awareness, without judgement, and provides an opportunity to reduce stress and anxiety and to experience life fully. These classes incorporate meditation along with low impact stretching, breathing and movement exercises in a welcoming, supportive environment. Classes are held on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays 8:45-9:30AM. Fee per class is $20, or unlimited classes for $100/month. Your first week is free, so come try a class and see what mindfulness is all about!
